Low Impact: Cardio workout for all levels of fitness, endurance and toning.
Strength/Balance: Workout to improve balance and strength.  Work with Versa Ball weights.
Fun In The Sun: Take your workout outdoors! Alternate walk and run to a nearby park while doing fun exercises along the way! Join us!
WOW Women on Weights: Free weights are used to help build and maintain muscle, bones, and joints. It will increase your energy and metabolism and help you look and feel better. July 11 through August 15
Pilates: Workout your powerhouse and core muscles to get a lean stomach.
Quick Fit: A combination of cardio and strength training exercises.
Jazzercise: Easy to follow dance routine and workout combination of aerobic excercise, dance and toning.
Mat Works: Incorporates Yoga, Pilates and traditional strengthening.

Self-Defense Class
 
June Huntimer will teach four, 1 hour self defense classes. You will learn danger awareness training  that will protect you and make you more aware of possible dangerous sitiuations.

Ballroom Basics
 
This is an into to ballroom dance basics to get you started! You will learn simple dance steps and turns through lots of review and repetition. Emphasis on Lead and Follow skills to make dancing together fun. Singles, couples and students welcome. Classes are taught by certified instructor Lisa Myhre.
